Ptosha is the Chief Operating Officer for The Lauren Group, LLC. Specializing in Business Development, Marketing, Grant & Proposal acquisition as well as Advocacy. She was the Associate Group Publisher & COO of Girlfriends Health Guide from 2006 – 2010.
Executive Director of Talent Delivery
Mark Farrell is the Executive Director of Talent Delivery for Froedtert Health in Milwaukee. Mark has been with Froedtert since 2016 leading the recruitment and work force planning functions. He received his MBA from Cardinal Stritch in 2010 and bachelor’s degrees in Social Work and Organizational Communication from University of Wisconsin Whitewater.

Sara McNamara is an attorney in Reinhart’s Banking and Finance, Business Reorganization and Bankruptcy practice groups. She graduated from Marquette University Law School. Sara joined the board of Our Next Generation in 2020, and she is eager to serve Milwaukee’s youth.

John Dawson is an attorney who retired after practicing for 35 years with the Milwaukee law firm of Foley & Lardner LLP. John served as the Department Chair of Foley’s national litigation department from 1986 to 1994 and as the Managing Partner of Foley’s Milwaukee office from 1994 to 1999

Amos Malone is a native of Milwaukee. The middle of nine, he is a natural born leader. He grew up on the north side of Milwaukee and attended CEO Leadership Academy High School. After high school, he attended the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, and while there he joined several organizations, including Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. He was a part of and worked for the Black Student Union and Residential Housing.
