Safety Plan
To ensure the well-being of our community children, volunteers and staff, we are seeking funds to develop a Safety Plan for the outside perimeter of our Community Center (35th & Lisbon), which may include additional lighting, cameras and fencing.

Transportation Request
If our bus wasn't in the shop getting fixed (AGAIN), you would see a photo here of our soon-to-retire child transport vehicle.
We are seeking funds to purchase a new or used 22-passenger school bus, activity bus or childcare vehicle.

High Need Projects
- High School Assessment/ACT tests
- Pre-college Summer program
- Reading Circle for one school year: $4,500
- Sponsor a Tutor: underwrite the cost of providing one elementary school child a tutor to meet weekly throughout the school year for tutoring, and during the summer program for mentoring: $750/child/year
- Post-high School Scholarships for graduating seniors
- Outbound Tutoring: Sponsor 15 students for one-on-one tutoring to a cooperating business, church, organization: includes bus transportation and staffing to escort 15 children weekly for tutoring offsite for one school semester: $2,000
- ACT on-line practice test for 50 students for one year with sample tests: $1,100
- ACT registration fee for students in The High School Connection: $43.00 per test/student: $29 plus $14 for the optional writing section.
